1. What the app is

Ride With Coach is a training app for cyclists. It builds and adjusts a training plan from your rides and health data and writes coaching text with the help of a language model. It is a tool to organise your training; it is not a medical service and not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a qualified coach who knows you in person.

2. Your health is your call

Training carries risk. Check with a doctor before starting a training plan if you have a heart condition, are returning from illness or injury, are pregnant, or have any reason to doubt you should train hard. Stop any session that feels wrong. The app will not diagnose or treat anything; if it detects words suggesting a medical problem it will tell you to see a doctor rather than coach you. You are responsible for deciding what to ride.

3. Your account

You need to be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend an account that abuses the service or other riders.

4. Subscription

Some features are free; the coach features need a subscription ("Coach"), monthly or yearly, bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The first 14 days of your first subscription are free. After the trial the subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the store until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices are set per country and shown in the store before you buy. In India, App Store subscriptions are paid with UPI Autopay or your Apple Account balance.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies, since they take the payment.
Plans you built during a subscription stay visible after it ends; new weeks, the morning note, readiness, debriefs and chat need an active subscription.

5. Strava and Apple Health

Connecting Strava is governed by Strava's own terms. We read your activities and never post. Apple Health data is read only with your permission and used only as described in the privacy policy.

6. What we promise and what we do not

We work to keep the service available and the coaching sound, and we test every rule. But the app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that following it will produce any particular fitness result. The coaching text is generated by a language model and can be wrong; the plan's rules, not the text, are what change your training, and every change can be undone in the app.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Your content

Your rides, answers and messages stay yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy, and nothing more.

8. Changes and ending

We may change the app and these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). If we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days' notice and will not charge for any period after it ends.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
